Rohana Sham is an Associate Professor at School of Business, Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation. She earned her PhD in Urban and Regional Planning, specialising in transport planning. She holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and has taught at the School of Business for 19 years in public and private universities. Dr Sham is a professional member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (UK) and is currently mentoring a postdoctoral researcher from a Saudi University on a project focused on women's travel safety. As a Certified Micro Business Advisor and Certified Blockchain Technologist, she actively supports the development of young researchers through her supervision in business and technology fields.

Mohammad Falahat, honoured with the Gold Medal Award from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) for his doctorate, possesses a Doctorate in International Entrepreneurship from USM and an MBA in Technology Management from Multimedia University (MMU), Malaysia. With over a decade of industry experience, including roles as director at Efficient Edge and CEO at Drywall Collection, he transitioned into academia with over 10 years of academic experience.Currently, he serves as a Professor at the School of Marketing and Management (SoMM) at Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation (APU) and adjunct professor at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) in Malaysia. His prior tenure at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) as Chairperson of the Centre for Entrepreneurial Sustainability (CENTS) and Centre for Sustainable Development and Corporate Social Responsibility in Business (CSDCSR) spanned an impactful ten years.Prof Dr. Falahat's academic prowess is further exemplified by his certification in the “Faculty Development in International Entrepreneurship Program” from the University of Colorado Denver, USA, and his credentials as a certified trainer endorsed by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB), Malaysia.

Murali Raman is a distinguished academic and practitioner with extensive expertise in Management Information Systems, Design Thinking, and IT Management. He earned his Doctorate in Management Information Systems from Claremont Graduate University, California 2005. He is a faculty fellow at Stanford’s Technology Venture Program and a certified Design Thinker from Stanford School. He holds multiple professional certifications, including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Colored Brain Communication. As the Postgraduate and Continuous Education Director at Asia Pacific University (APU), he specializes in executive training in digital strategies, mindset change, and innovation. His leadership in academia and industry has earned him prestigious awards, including the World Innovation Award in Seoul and the Golden Globe Tiger Award for Outstanding Academic Leadership.

Cynthia Montaudon is the Dean of the Business School, a full-time professor, and a business consultant at UPAEP University in Puebla, Mexico. Since September 2018, she has been head of the Observatory on Competitiveness and New Ways of Working, which deals with numerous issues related to social problems and creates awareness about current and future social needs. She has obtained a Post Doctorate Certificate In Organizational Leadership from Regent University in Virginia, USA; a PhD in Strategic Planning and Technology Management from UPAEP, in Puebla, Mexico; a PhD in Business from the University of Lincoln in Lincolnshire, UK, and three masters degrees: one in Quality Engineering from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Puebla, Mexico, another in Communication and media from the Jean Moulin, Lyon III University in Lyon, France, and the last one in Business Administration from the Tec de Monterrey in Mexico.
