Dr. Dilnoz Mukhamadieva is a Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, and researcher at the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Dr. Gulom Uzakov is a Doctor of Technical Sciences, in 2018 he received the academic title of Professor. Since 2011, he has been working as Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation at Karshi State Technical University in Karshi, Uzbekistan. He is also a professor of the Department of Alternative Energy Sources and the head of the research center "Energy Saving and Renewable Energy Sources". He has published more than 300 scientific articles in scientific journals and conference proceedings on technical sciences. As a result of his activities, he has received more than 10 patents in the Republic of Uzbekistan. In addition, he is a member of several editorial boards of international journals.
Dr. Arthur Gibadullin defended his dissertation in 2013 and currently works at the Tajik Technical University named after academician M.S.Osimi, Dushanbe, Tajikistan. During his scientific career, he has published more than 80 articles in international journals and about 300 in domestic journals. Over the past few years, his research has been devoted to technology and engineering, digital technologies. In recent years, Dr. Arthur Gibadullin has been an editor of scientific conferences that were held under his leadership in various scientific fields. He has 105 articles in Scopus, and the h-index is 23.
