Author of publications in the field of employee engagement, professional performance and human subjectivity in organizations.

Justyna Pawlak, PhD., is an assistant professor at the Krakow University of Economics. Her main area of scientific interest is human subjectivity in organization, human resources management, and self-creation. The member of the Editorial Board of Polish Journal of Economic Psychology, and European Association of Work and Organization Psychology.
