The Author: Oliver W. Wojahn worked for Lufthansa from 1988 to 2001, in a variety of positions in Europe, Africa, and South America, most recently in Business Development. He holds a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and a Ph.D. in Economics, both from University of Hamburg.
