Professor Jiju Antony is recognized worldwide as a leader in Lean Six Sigma methodology for achieving and sustaining process excellence. He is Professor of Quality Management in the School of Social Sciences at Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland. He is a Fellow of the Royal Statistical Society (UK), Fellow of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI), Fellow of the Institute of Operations Management (FIOM), Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK), Fellow of the American Society of Quality (FASQ), Fellow of the International Lean Six Sigma Institute (ILSSI) and a Fellow of the Institute of the Six Sigma Professionals (ISSP). He has published over 250 papers on Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma topics alone and is considered to be one of the highest in the world in terms of the number of Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma publications. His publications have appeared in world class journals such as the International Journal of Production Research, International Journals of Production Economics, European Journal of Operational Research, International Journal of Operations and Production Management, Production Planning and Control, Quality Management Journal (ASQ), Quality and Reliability Engineering International, TQM and Business Excellence, and the Journal of Operational Research Society to name but a few. Dr Raja Sreedharan V is Assistant Professor in Supply Chain Management, Rabat Business School, Université Internationale de Rabat, Rabat, Morocco. He has attended many international conferences and has published many articles on topics such as Industry 4.0, Supply Chain Management, Lean Six Sigma, and Multi-Criteria Decision Making in peer-reviewed journals such as Production Planning & Control, IEEE Engineering Management Review, etc. His current research interests are in the field of global supply chain, Lean Six Sigma for services and smart healthcare. He also consults in the field of Lean Six Sigma with industries in public and private sectors. Dr Ayon Chakraborty is Associate Professor in the Operations Management and Quantitative Techniques area at IIM Tiruchirappalli. He obtained his doctorate from Industrial and Systems Engineering Department, the National University of Singapore after completing his masters in Manufacturing Systems from BITS, Pilani with distinction. He is also a qualified Six Sigma Green Belt. Previously he was Post-Doctoral Research Fellow, Services Science Discipline, Information Systems School at the Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia. Ayon has more than eleven years of experience in teaching and consulting business students and executives at various institutes such as Queensland University of Technology, and James Cook University Australia (Singapore Campus). He has taught MBA courses on service operations and innovation management, project management, quality planning and management, and quantitative techniques. As a researcher and consultant, he has worked closely with private and public sector organizations in Singapore, Australia, and India.
